I am Shradha Brahmbhatt. Your photographer.
I have been telling stories with my photographs way better than with sentences for over seven years now. Decades of love for people watching and being an observer has helped me look at people and tell stories the way I look at the world. Below are the things I love or like the most and I would love to bond with you over one [or something outside] of the following while I photograph your day or the best memory you want to remember:
- my husband, I love him, like a lot. our kids and my parents and my mother in law and my brothers and my sisters and my uncles and my aunts! I absolutely love kids// the newborns, the ones in the belly, the preschoolers, the toddlers- all of them.
- long drives, mountain getaways, instant photos, waves watching, day trips, falling snow, hoar frost, glittery lakes in the afternoon Sun, camping in the mountains, hikes, winter light, long conversations with my husband, herbal tea, hoodoos, and sunset skies [bring on the cotton candy looking, the stormy, the red sea and all], roller skating and paddleboarding.
- indoor plants, home decor, outfit planning for sessions, prints + patterns + colors, stretching [lazy yoga], socks, Bombay, pretty paper, designing, planning parties + halloween costumes for my kids [hail Pinterest], christmas time, birthday balloons, fun pool floats and string lights, flowy outfits, flowers, weed flowers + dandelions + daisies, cute + fun photos.
- taking workshops + learning a new skill, listen to my favorite songs on repeat [for days], indo-chinese + indian street food, going through past photos + videos, bollywood music, making to-do lists + writing in point form and learning new ways to document my family the best way I can [and yours!] so going back and looking at memories is pretty + beautiful.
- The more is// I grew up in a joint family [on both side of parents], I am a proud [and sometimes ashamed] procrastinator, I went to boarding school at the age of 4yo, I love hard and I can focus on one thing at a time. and along side of it all-- I quite enjoy telling stories with my photographs and I would love to tell yours!
